• Feedback loop: Performance data (reach, saves, clicks, comments) comes back from the Meta API into Supabase. n8n runs a weekly learning pass that promotes winning hooks, refines hashtags, and adjusts posting windows.

Practical guardrails we bake in so nothing fails on upload:

• Reels are kept to vertical 9:16 and under ~90 seconds; captions stay within platform limits (we cap around 2,000 characters).
• We normalize to MP4/H.264 video with AAC audio for reliable ingestion.
• Where cover images are supported, we set a branded thumbnail; if a platform ignores custom covers, we select the best opening frame.
• Rate‑limit safety: Publishing is paced and queued to stay within Meta’s current API limits; failed attempts auto‑retry with backoff.
